Chalet a Fleetwood

“Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel.”

“A beautiful building full of character and charm. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the recently-refurbished rooms were perfect I would definitely stay here again. Thanks you”

“Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast”

“Appreciate building is old but attention to detail missing. For example bed side lamp ripped and socket dodgy. Scuffs and scratches to furniture and in main lobby area. Odd job maintenance man required to upkeep building.”

“Fabulous place to stay and eat.”

“Stunning designed room sad I was only there for 1 night”

“Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods,”
