“Very clean and well maintained. The room I was in was also very quiet. Staff were professional and you got ok breakfast in the morning. ”

“Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”

“Even though there was an accident that took the cable TV offline, I was unable to work due to the marginal wifi, which I was told had nothing to do with the cable TV being offline, and had to seek out a local Starbucks to finish my work. Also, when the person above me showered, the stream turned into a trickle.”

“If you love B&B's this is a great find. It's in downtown hendersonville allowing you to walk to so many shops and restaurants in the area. It is safe. You are right next door to a fire department. We loved the charm of the house. The rooms are well equipped and we loved the variety in the rooms. Although we didn't utilize the massage services we talked to a guest who did and she said it was wonderful. We are considering that option for a future stay. “The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?”
