With inspired artwork and calm lighting, this one-bedroom home is designed to help you unwind and settle in. The bedroom features an extremely comfortable King size bed with pillows and linen for amazing nights of sleeping.

The gorgeous full bathroom has an elegant vanity area and a full-size shower with custom tile behind sliding glass doors. A hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash are always well stocked so you don’t need to worry about bringing yours from home. You’ll love starting your day in this sparkling clean space. The downstairs half bath has designer touches throughout.

We provide a workspace equipped with a monitor and connection wires. Perfect for working remotely.





Kitchen and Lounge

The kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. It’s perfectly set up for making homemade meals, or reheating leftovers (from Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe or Vinnie's Neighborhood Italian). Enjoy your use of the coffee maker, a french press, Ninja blender and other kitchen gadgets and accessories.



Vacationing with your four legged friend? You’ll find food and water bowls set up in a basket, along with a sheet to place on the furniture.



The living room is a comfortable place to binge-watch your favorite shows or open up your laptop and get some work done. Sink into the leather sofa and relax. The living room has soaring ceilings, a whisper-quiet ceiling fan, and a soft area rug that adds color and charm to the space. This cozy lounge gets a lot of natural sunlight and is the perfect place to relax. Both tvs are Smart TVs with access to your favorite apps.

You’ll find this home in a quiet, residential neighborhood surrounded by trees. The property has a private driveway, a small front yard, and a creekside deck. Out here, you can sit back in the lounge chairs and sip coffee with a view or enjoy a good book in the shade. Enjoy grilling on the deck and eating at the outdoor dining table.

This pet-friendly space is located just a short drive from local grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails (waterfalls), retail stores, and live music venues. It's also just 20 minutes from the iconic city of Asheville.

You’ll have the whole cottage to yourself and can park your car in the driveway. There is a full-size washer and dryer for you to use, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and a few kitchen basics. You will be given a secure access code to get in and out of the home at your leisure.

Located in Fletcher ( south end of Asheville) 3 minutes from the airport.
