“Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”

“ The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night.”

“Definitely does not look like the pictures carpets are very stained… half the fencing around the pool is missing. There’s poison ivy growing in the garden right next to the pool. Definitely could use a refresh! ”

“If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room.”
