Welcome to Bailey Peak Retreat, your all-inclusive mountain escape! I'm Harman, and I'm excited to share this special place where you can unwind, reconnect, and create lasting memories - all without stepping off the property.

Perched high in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our 5-bedroom haven is a world unto itself. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the long-range mountain vistas visible from our two expansive decks. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the views never disappoint.

Inside, our spacious open floor plan is ideal for gatherings. Four floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room bring the outside in, creating a stunning backdrop for your stay.

Your complete vacation experience includes:

• Home theater for movie nights
• Game room with arcade games
• Hot tub and barrel sauna for ultimate relaxation
• Two decks with panoramic mountain views
• Fire pit for evening s'mores and storytelling
• 5 bedrooms (plus a bonus sleeping area with pullout couch)
• 3.5 bathrooms
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen for culinary adventures
• Pet-friendly amenities
• High-speed WiFi throughout (December 2024 update: the 5G towers in the area were damaged by the hurricane, so internet speeds are limited. The streaming speeds on the TVs may be less than desirable. We are installing Starlink in January.)

When you stay at Bailey Peak Retreat, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
