"Ho prenotato una doppia nel castello, non rimborsabile. DOPO la prenotazione mi dicono che i cani non possono stare nel castello e ci assegnano una stanza esterna in pessime condizioni. Al check-out sostengono che avevo prenotato una doppia a uso singolo e mi chiedono di parare la differenza x Esperiwnxa terribile. Customer care imbarazzante."

"Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. "
