Directions for room key location was sent to phone at 5:15pm prior to our arrival & was easy to understand.

“Initial hiccup with the booking as we had booked a room with a double and two twin beds and instead were given a room with 2 doubles. However we contacted the staff on arrival which was outside of routine hours and they responded promptly and fixed the problem.

We would have given it a 5 star rating but the bbq didn't have any gas so we couldn't use it.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will visit again.”
