“Posizione ottima, colazione non super variata, ma ottima. pulizia ottima anche se ormai la moquette è da eliminare in qualsiasi Hotel. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata in camera e nelle parti comuni (salvo reception)”

“Lovely little hotel we would t hesitate to stay in again. We had a lovely welcome on arrival, and the room was clean and functional. Yes, it’s dated and parts are not ideal but the owner is obviously trying to improve as and when they can and responds to all feedback positively. I think the descriptions of the rooms etc could do to be improved just for clarity, but it’s a minor issue. I’ll definitely be back in the future. ”

“Big car park, quiet area, nice staff, a picnic area near the reception area, overlooking a bay which you can see if your room is in the First floor. ”

“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. ”
