Pictures does not do this place justice! So beautiful and an amazing place to stay. The host was probably the best one I've ever had the privilege to stay with. I highly recommend this to anyone and the fishing was top tier. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Great Stay on White River

Best Vacation Ever!

This VRBO is perfectly located on the beautiful White River. River and mountain views were wonderful and it was just a short walk down a flight of outdoor stores to the river's edge for fishing, wading, and boat launch. There were 12 of us, six adults and six children - and EVERYONE had a blast. In addition to the river activities, we enjoyed the very nicely furnished game room downstairs and the large yard for badminton, volleyball, corn hole and water balloon fights. For us it was an expensive splurge, but worth every penny in terms of having a great family time together and creating lifelong memories in such a beautiful setting. A real bonus was the cool breezes wafting off of the river on some sun-scorched June afternoons. Wonderful place to stay!

Family get together for five birthdays.

We all had a great time. Upstairs shower was very difficult to regulate. There was no propane for the grill till we asked for some. I think the property needs some upgrades. Fishing was good. Mary Ann was a very pleasent manager. Because there were five of us over 70 we really need a place with not so many stairs for next time.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at Kings Landing. The host provided everything we needed for our group and even provided a couple of special request for the kitchen. They made sure everything was ready when we arrived. It is in a great location with a beautiful river side view. The fishing is fantastic. My grandson caught a 22" brown trout right in front of the house. The beds were comfortable and we loved spending the evening on the deck visiting. The staff checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. This place has moved to the top of our list as best family vacation.

Wonderful spot

The Bunkhouse is a haven for kids or any gameroom junkie, but we spent most of our time fishing. Caught a ton of rainbows just from the bank below the property, and we took the kids to Dry Run Creek one day for some amazing fly fishing. It was a perfect weekend in a perfect spot. We all had a blast and would definitely book the Bunkhouse again. I may have overlooked it during booking, but there are no indoor stairs connecting the lower and upper floors. It wasn't a big deal for us to go outside in order to get to the gameroom downstairs, but I thought I'd mention it in case others also don't realize this. Again, the location was amazing and the Bunkhouse had everything we needed for a long weekend of trout fishing. We look forward to another trip in the future!

Awesome family vacation!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of our stay here. The amenities provided suited all our needs and a good time was had by all. The game room and the outside areas were perfect for our grandkids to play and enjoy time together. I particularly appreciated the staff stopping by each day and asking if we needed anything. Perfect Place

A group of my former classmates and I stayed the weekend here. Great place right on the river. The fishing guides were able to pick us up right in front of the house on the river. The house is well stocked with everything. We had a couple of glitches but they were taken care of almost immediately. I would highly recommend this place.

White River-Kings Landing

This was the perfect property for a weekend fishing retreat! All the essentials and more were supplied in the cabin. The location is ideal and waterfront to the White River. Plenty of opportunities to catch fish in the morning just by walking out of the cabin. I would recommend this place to anybody.
