“Front desk staff were pleasant and always helpful. Staff in coffee shop were awesome. The young man who seated us was so kind and remembered us from day to day. Our servers were efficient and welcoming. We had a few issues with room amenities and devices, but they were handled appropriately by friendly staff. Especially Marsha or (Marcia)? Very kind! Very pleased!! Enjoyed the casino! Liked having coffee maker in the room, but would also have liked a microwave. Several in our group Enjoyed...

“We were put in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like it as well. We did not bring our pet. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows. Pubic hair on supposed clean towels. Pool was closed. The breakfast in the morning was sparse. Better than motel 8 across the parking lot. Safe space to stay.”

The general use kitchen on the ground floor is stocked with coffee, tea, cocoa, sugars & creamers so you can grab the types you prefer and how many you need to take back to your room instead of asking the staff, which is smart. It's not in the center of the action of Central West End so you have to walk a bit to get to those places, but I'm talking maybe 8 blocks (and the neighborhood is so beautiful you won't mind).
