Facciamo il possibile per assicurarci che il tuo soggiorno sia confortevole in un loft moderno ma rustico di 1600 piedi quadrati. Questa è una proprietà storica che fungeva da garage comunale tra il 1800 e l'inizio del 1900. È stato completamente rinnovato, ma puoi ancora sperimentare il mattone a vista e la pittura sui muri. La struttura si trova nel cuore di Firenze, a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti e negozi. Questa proprietà è tranquilla e spaziosa.

Il parcheggio è disponibile di fronte.

Forniamo le basi come stoviglie, pentole, pentole, padelle, posate, shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, lozione, prodotti per il bucato, sapone per i piatti, sacchetti di plastica, fogli, spezie, ecc.

Abbiamo TV Roku nelle camere da letto in modo da poter guardare film in streaming e guardare i cavi tramite l'app Spectrum.

C'è un dispositivo di raffreddamento della palude nella zona giorno principale e unità AC finestra nelle camere da letto. Si prega di spegnerli prima di partire.

La spazzatura viene scaricata il lunedì. Si prega di utilizzare il bidone della spazzatura Howard Smaltimento sul davanti.

Spacious and quiet. More amenities than you would expect. While it is next to a bar, it was still quiet, even on Saturday night. Friendly town. Be aware it's 19 steps up once you enter the front door.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

Loft house

We had a great time in this beautiful loft. The loft was spacious and had everything we needed. We were fairly close to the Royal Gorge and Cañon City was only a few miles away. We could hear some people talking outside the loft at night but for the most part it was great. If your getting drinks locally the local brewery on the corner is what I would recommend.

Absolutely Charming!

Entire second floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century building. Loft feel, with wood floors and wooden ceilings. Huge living room, with the biggest sectional I have ever seen. Unit kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchwear. Exposed brick walls. Really a treat to stay here!

First time staying in Florence CO

Once inside the property, it was as pictured on the web. Very well equipped and clean. Was a little taken-aback by the front entrance when we pulled up and not an option to sit outside as well. Host answered all questions promptly. Location is right across the street from the train tracks FYI. Only issues were lighting was not conducive to reading and the a few of the windows would not stay open (up) on their own so had to prop open.

First time in Florence, nice little town! Very clean and organized!! Convenient to EVERYTHING! Just 2 blocks off Main Street and Florence Brewery around the corner!!!! Literally!! The townhouse was wonderful. It accommodated our family perfectly. It had everything we needed. It was very well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, towels, linen, extra pillows, and fans. Everything was labeled to take out the guess work. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, living area is very spacious and well decorated. It is within walking distance to everything in town. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone looking to stay in Florence, CO or the surrounding area.
