Authentic Log Cabin on 3 Acres with beautiful Brush Creek just 20 feet off the back porch! Also you are only 15 minutes from downtown Florence, AL that has shopping and many dining options! Sip coffee on the back porch while listening to the creek or curl up on the couch and watch the flameless fireplace crackle. Take a soak in our newly refinished 106 year old bathtub with creek views from the second floor window. Explore our property and see what kind of beauty North Alabama holds! Worried about connectivity? We have Fiber Internet that is blazing fast along with a Roku TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows via Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video!

We have a fully stocked kitchen complete with pots/pans/utensils so whether you want to whip up a meal or just toss a frozen pizza in the oven we have you covered. Also we have an outdoor grilling area complete with Large Big Green Egg... come throw some steaks or chicken on the grill!

Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Guest bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, and the loft bedroom has a Full size Antique Rope Bed we restored! All new mattresses, pillows and linens as of March 2021.

The cabin is just an absolute gem! There were some minor issues (for example: wasp nest in/under porch lanterns, water heater too small to fill tub with warm water, etc.) but not enough to rate the cabin a 4-star. We would absolutely stay again without question. Love it.

Chase was awesome! If you are looking for a place to unplug and reset… I would highly recommend staying here. It was like we went back in time. You can’t beat the sound of the creek from the back porch. The tin roof, the rain, the sound of nature… everything you need and nothing that you don’t. Very convenient to town without the intrusion. I am so glad we were able to experience this.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s very clean and quiet. The only thing I would recommend was for you to bring your own bath towels and wash cloths. I feel like we spent 2 days at the little house on the prairie.

Robotics Rendezvous

Great place to stay to find retreat. Quaint little cabin provides a rustic vibe and is off the beaten path. However, it's close enough to all the amenities and provides many as well. Definitely see a return visit in my future.
