“I checked in, went to the room they gave me, it was filthy and stinky, I took pictures and went back to the office. They switched me rooms and that room heat didn’t work and it was freezing outside. It was 3 in the morning and I was exhausted so I slept in my coat but first thing in the morning I was out of there.
