Ci dispiace, ma quello che lei dice era già segnalato nella nostra presentazione: no ascensore e no bagno in camera (abbiamo anche camere con bagno privato in camera ma lei ha prenotato una camera senza bagno). Non capiamo perché abbia prenotato se non le andava bene. Mistero

Buongiorno, nella nostra descrizione non viene segnalato ne l'ascensore, ne l'aria condizionata. Il bagno in comune viene pulito tutti i giorno almeno 2/3 volte; non essendo sempre presenti, spetta anche ai Clienti, utilizzare e mantenere il bagno nel migliore dei modi.

Mi dispiace. Non ci sono foto più reali delle nostre. Trattandosi di una struttura inserita in un palazzo storico di Firenze, è naturale che gli spazi sono più modesti rispetto a edifici moderni, ai quali manca sicuramente la centralità e la vicinanza alle più importanti attrazioni che offre Firenze. Si tratta comunque di un "affittacamere" non di un Hotel.

We would like to clarify that the structure you have booked is not a 5-star hotel, but a guesthouse which consequently has shorter opening hours during the day than a hotel. In any case we are open every day from 9 to 18:30, and when we are not in the structure we can be reached by email or whatsapp. Those arriving outside opening hours can still access the structure with codes to open the doors, like you did. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 have a private internal bathroom while only 2 have a shared external bathroom.You probably didn't even know what you booked because you were looking for an en suite bathroom when your reservation was for a room with a shared external bathroom.We are sorry for the person (customer) who knocked on the door, creating a disservice to you, but unfortunately the education and behavior of the people goes beyond the categories of the hotels they book.The hotel is secure and we have never had any problems in the past; the hotel was full that evening and no other customer showed any problems or inconvenience.Only you have chosen to go to another hotel.

Dear Sir,In our description it is stated that we do not have air conditioning, but a ceiling fan. If you wanted air conditioning you had to book another property and not complain because you didn't find it. It's incorrect.

We also have rooms with private bathrooms. It depends on what type of room you book

Perhaps you have the wrong Hotel where to do the review. We are not on the 4th floor but on the second floor, we don't have an elevator (so it can't not work), we don't have air conditioning but the fan, and everything else ............. ........... In our opinion, review to be removed
