Bellissimo appartamento, zona molto comoda e centrale. Pulito e nuovo. Unica pecca: in una delle camera da letto si sente abbastanza la movida notturna proveniente dai locali in strada. Comunque nel complesso da consigliare

All the amenities were there and the positioning for the apartment could not be better

Chiara's place is fantastic especially if you have a large group , we are a family of 9 travelling. The apartment is so spacious , there was plenty of room for all. Easy walk to the Uffizzi , Ponte Vecchio , and Michelangelo’s David. Also plenty for great eateries around whether you wanted something quick or you wanted a great (URL HIDDEN) nice to be able to sit out at night and have a few drinks watching the world go by. All the amenities were there and the positioning for the apartment could not be better John from Sydney Australia

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We spent 4 great days in Florence. Clean house, nice neighborhood, nice hosts. Everything you'd want to have. The apartment is warm spacious quiet with great Wifi, only a short walk from all of the fabulous attractions. Everything you'd want to have.

Chiara and her team are wonderful with communication and are clear, simple and easy to chat to. Wonderful place with everything you need! Spacious, comfortable, quite and clean. One of the best places I've stayed in! Couldn't recommend it more! Get on it before somebody else does! Thank you Chiara!

Soderini Palace is very well located with most of the major sites close by

We were 9 people. The appartments are very big and clean, the beds comfortable and new and very clean bathrooms. The appartment is in the middle of the old town and everything is in walking distance. Gianni was a very nice and helpful host. He waited in the appartment and showed us everything (in the appartment and in the city on a map). Everything was perfect, thank you very much.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, offering comfortable common areas as well as privacy when desired.....perfect for we three couples, or for a larger family or group of friends. The kitchen is snug for six people all at once, it is very well equipped, and there is a large dining room . Across the street is a grocery store which will meet all your basic needs, but if you plan to do much cooking at home, you should make the trip to Mercato Centrale, where you'll find a dazzling array of stalls offering assorted meats, breads, produce, and fresh pastas. Chiara, thank you for providing this wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed a most amazing two weeks in your beautiful city!

This place really is amazing. We were greated by Gianni! The location is perfect, in the heart of Florence It can not be at a better location for our visit, you are close to every market and museum and sight that you could hope to see. We had a perfect week-long stay

We had a perfect week-long stay – We walked 10 minutes from the train station with our luggage. The neighborhood is perfect – 10 minutes walking from the Uffizzi Galleri and Pitti Palace and the amazing indoor/outdoor market. Just a 15 minute walk to the Duomo and everything in between. 7 family members from ages 10 to 70 traveling from St. Louis, Missouri, USA to visit our college student studying in Florence. The beds are comfortable, the gathering space was lovely, the kitchen had everything including a dishwasher, the bathrooms are clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the large dining table allowed us to enjoy meals together. We ate gelato every day, filled the fridge from the store across the street with breakfast and dinner food to cook, and found a bakery with delicious lunch food to carry with us. We took the train to Venice and back one day and Rome and back another day. We flew in and out of Milan so saw it too. We felt safe walking from the train station to the apartment even at 10:00 at night.! This Soderini House apartment truly felt like home - we highly recommend it!

Very Roomy Flat

Very large flat given it's in a historical building in Florence. The VRBO description of the interior was as described. The pin for the location was off though and the flat is on the south side of the river so plan an extra 5 min walk for all of the places to see on the north side. There are great little places to eat around the area including a fabulous Gelato place and a great restaurant named Nero.

Perfect place!

Location is great in the heart of Florence, close proximity to everything, but very quiet at night. Cool Ac, fully stocked, tons of beds and space, lots of room to spread out, washing mashing, lift to the top, modern and clean. Great communication.

Great Florence Apartment

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything and still on a quiet street. The host met us upon arrival and explained the apartment thoroughly, and there was also a guide book in English to things like appliances and water.Overall, just a great visit and our family enjoyed being able to stay here.

Spacious Apt, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Family of 5-spouse, 2 teens, any my mom. Lots of space to spread out and loved the living/dining room area. Love that there is an elevator for luggage and groceries as apt is on the top floor. Location is great for walking in the city. Beds were all very comfortable.

Felt Like Home!

My four friends and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious, bright, clean apartment. The location is a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, and the best gelato in Florence. It is a short walk to everything. The apartment has very comfortable beds, pillows and soft linen. The kitchen is lovely as are the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to our questions. If you’re lucky enough to book a stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Nice Florence Apartment

Our stay here was wonderful. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The apartment was clean and bright. WIFI worked very well. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance. The biggest challenge was loading and unloading the car. The street out front is very narrow and busy. We had to park around the corner. But it was a short walk and not difficult at all. Florence is amazing, and this is an excellent place to stay.

Lovely Stay!

Our stay at the apartment was lovely. The location was perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist center, but so close to everything. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence!

Loved it!

I didn't realize how nice it would be to be away from the touristy crowds. Being across in the river is so lovely. Fun the wander these streets and find amazing shops and bakeries. And thank you to the other reviewer who mentioned the nearby wine window - that was fun! Very easy to just walk across the bridge to be at all the spots on your to do list. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location

we came to Florence to visit our daughter who was studying there. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. Location is good, a short walk across the river to get to the main Florence attractions like the Duomo and the Uffuzi, and on the same side of the river from the Plaza Michaelangelo and Plaza Vecchio. We had a couple of great meals at il Santo Bevitore which is less than a block away and the gelato around the corner was one of my daughter's favorite places in Florence (she has tasted many!). Coming in the hosts were very helpful in troubleshooting some transportation difficulties we had. Overall a great stay in Florence!
