Inn a Florence

“The Hilton Cincinnati Airport is slightly misleading in its name. It's a Hilton hotel, and is definitely located near an airport, but it's in Kentucky, and a bit of a drive from Cincinnati. That said, while the hotel is spacious and pretty quiet despite all the families staying there when we visited, it's the staff that deserves most of the kudos. They ably answered any questions or concerns we had. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was a pretty good value with an on-site...

“No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. ”

“Parking wasn't great, not a lot of spots. They were out of most of the food. The room wasn't cleaned very well, the lobby was beautiful though.”

“The person who checked us in was courteous and welcoming. The room is dated and could use an upgrade. Nevertheless, it was clean. We did not attend breakfast so cannot speak to that portion of stay. The workers we interacted with were very helpful and courteous. We stayed one night here. The price was reasonable for our stay. Would recommend staying here if looking for a clean budget friendly place to stay.”

“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”
