“I would have given 5 stars because the hotel itself was very nice and clean and the amenities were great however, the staff were not friendly at all! We tried talking with them and smiling at them and they acted like us being there was putting them out. We went to the desk to check out at the pantry and the lady behind the desk was on a personal phone call and asked me to wait so she could finish up her phone call. We wait almost 5 minutes! “This newly renovated property was very well appointed. It is in a perfect area with plenty of walkable restaurants and shopping. Every area was clean. My room had a wonderful king bed with six pillows and lovely bedding. The only issue I had was the air conditioner. It had popping sounds when it cycled but I got used to that. I did see a roach in my bathroom but overall I was very pleased. I didn’t eat at the morning breakfast but it looked nice and many guests looked like they were enjoying...
