The room had at least 10-15 flies roaming around the room and windows. They obviously came in when the door was left open for cleaning.

The refrigerator was extremely noisy and the window curtains left a gap in the center so the security light shone right on the bed making it difficult to sleep.

It was a great exp. Pam at the front desk was really friendly and sweet. Check out was smooth and easy as well. Very close to the shopping center.

The desk chair was out of place
The tables were out of place and the appliances were unplugged
The cleaning supplies were left behind and it looked as if the person just stopped cleaning all together.

The room and kitchen were huge and clean. Loved the bathroom. So happy with everything. I’ll be staying there from now on. Friendly! Have stayed at holiday inn and la quinta and this hotel in better in my opinion. Thank you!!!!

Worst place we’ve ever stayed. Room stunk, couch smelt like you were in oily, smelly garage, the floor was filthy like it hadn’t been swept in a while and OMG the bathroom. No hot water water and the drainage was horrific..not a fan of showering in standing water that is almost covers the top of your foot

The housekeeping lady was super nice When my room key did not work, she got me a new one- TWICE! The room was clean, but there was no hot water, the toilet seat was not connected, and the door hanger fell off the door when I hung a pair of slacks on it.

Typical bait and switch room. Refrigerator did not work. Floor was dirty. Bathroom door would not close. Water only trickled out the sink faucet. Ice machine out of order. Two days we were there, office was locked up until almost 8:00am, No coffee or continental breakfast as advertised. Checked out 1 day early, still charged for day I didn’t use. Clerk refused to give me a printed receipt at checkout. Maintenance was not available for this hotel.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great kitchen area! Stove and a large refrigerator were included. Would stay here again.

This is a situation when I DIDN'T get what I paid for. I think of Executive Inn and Suites as a reputable brand, but this place didn't at all meet my expectations. The person who checked me in was very new, and she had VERY limited English. There was no hot water for the shower. I saw two roaches in my room. The "breakfast" consisted of only two sugared cereals and bananas. The vending machine wouldn't take cash, even though that was the only way to pay, so I had to drive to buy water. Unfortunately I paid WAY too much for this place. I would've been better off going to a hostel!

The layout of the room was nice but the management is very poor. No hot water, cigarette butts in the stairwell and electronic keys did not work in my first room and stopped working in the second room after the initial entry.

No hot water at all. Was not notified prior to arrival. I would have tried to make other arrangements if I’d had been told earlier. I checked in after 5, and it was too late to find another place to stay. Fold out bed mattress was worn out and had rips and tears on seams. Staff was nice though.

The staff what was there at check in did. It give any information about where the room was located, Joni formation about when breakfast was or how to find anything on site. At 0700 the next morning front office was locked up, no apology to get the ‘included breakfast’ only a note to call a phone number if help was needed. Bed was extra firm, not comfortable at all. Room was hot and ac system would turn off and not fully cool room.
