The Beach house is distributed over four different levels.
At the first level the beach with the private pier and the forty square meters pergola to dine or relax after a swim.
At the second level there is a wide Loft which has two queen bads, one bathroom and the Kitchen.
At the third level there is a common area with, a big balcony, the kitchen with a mini bar, the living room, the TV room, a second pergola and the second barbecue area .
At the fouth level there are four suites and a wide balcony with the amazing lagoon and jungle view.
Access to the house is by boat or via the trail. I organize for Free the check in and the check out for all clients with a taxi boat. The Beach house is at pier 10, it takes 5 minutes to reach pier 3, where you can leave your car on the street or in the private parking, next to the pier where I meet the customers. Lagoa also offers a public boat service, which goes to and from Lagoa and stops in front of our pier every hour until 11 p. m. There is also a private taxi service to take customers to restaurants or to Lagoa. The private taxi boat works during the night as well and you can book the time for your late pick up. We organize trips to Campeche 🌴🌺Island🌴, with a private boat.
The house is located in a natural reserve in the middle of the Atlantic forest with stunning views and private beach. Next (5 minutes by boat) to the famous "Centrinho da Lagoa" in the Lagoa da Conceição neighbourhood know for the concentration of restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, supermarkets and beaches that are icons of Florianópolis such as Praia Mole, Joaquina, Barra da Lagoa and Mozambique.
