“We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! “We encountered one small issue upon arrival and reached out to the host. She was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Unit was directly across from the pool which we enjoyed. The ground had a swiiming area and pier overlooking the water. Location was close to attractions including John Pennekamp state park. ”
