“Would definitely recommend. Easy access to everything but a quiet place to rest. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was in excellent condition and the backyard was a perfect escape. We will be back.”

“Great property. Walking Blocks away from the downtown action, yet far away to be quiet. Parking is very tough. If you don’t need to rent a car because you’re going to be hanging out in town the whole time, don’t bother. Uber and transportation are plentiful but again, the parking is very difficult to find free parking.”

“Bikes are an awesome bonus! I loved being a little bit away from the commotion of Duval Street. The bed is super comfortable, air conditioning works great, the studio has nice privacy, overall a really comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Vlose to some great places to check out. The host was extremely responsive.”

“I booked this as a wedding gift for my Grandson and his new bride's honeymoon. They gave their experience a perfect 10! The host, Vlad was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Property was as described... very nice and aesthetically pleasing. Convient location to Duval Street, restaurants and other places of interest. They enjoyed their week in the lovely location. “Property was decent. The images online are significantly better than real life. Claimed to be newly remodeled, but that seems a stretch. As a carpenter of 25 years seeing rotten wood in stair stringers is quite problematic. Overall a good experience. A bit underwhelming though.”
