The Space:
This studio features a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are available, and shared laundry facilities are located on-site for your convenience.

The room was exactly as described, and I couldn't have been happier with the host who answered all my questions and proactively provided me with a list of breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour options. The ones I tried were all solid recommendations. The room was clean and the location was tucked in a residential community that was just a short 2 block walk from Duval (which was exactly what I was looking for). If you are looking for a great location and don't intend to spend your entire stay in your room, this is the place for you especially if you pack light. I stayed in the apartment by myself, so the small square footage (about 120 sq. ft) was doable. It would also be great for couples that are familiar with smaller shared spaces. The host was gracious to provide a shuttle both to and from the airport. Both Zoey and Alex were knowledgeable about Key West and I appreciated their information. There were a couple of minor items such as broken blinds and some peeling of paint, but that is to be expected with a rental. I will seek out this host the next time I need a place to stay in Key West.

The unit was clean and equipped well. Check in and out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and off the beaten path but in a few blocks, you are in the action. This unit is very small and great for a single traveler or couple that doesn't mind close quarters. Not a lot of storage for clothing, one small closet, no drawers. A/C unit is kind of noisy and runs constantly but does its job.

Overall the stay was very good. Parking was a bit difficult for us as we needed a handicap spot and the two down the block were always taken by cars which were clearly not handicap (not an issue for you but just an issue. I would suggest maybe some dark curtains that can be pulled as the light from the street lights does light up the room quite a bit. The only real issue was the bugs (I believe there was a text saying they were termites). Maybe they need to be sprayed for weekly on the outside as well as inside. I don’t know what is currently the policy. Having them on me when I wake up or when in the bathroom is kind of bothersome. Again overall we had a pleasant stay. Loved the island and all it had to offer.

The host was great. They provided rides from and back to the air port, and stopped at a store so we could grab a couple things. The room was small but very clean, it suited our needs just fine. The location is good if you don't mind to walk or you will want to plan on some type transportation. We did not use the pool, but it did look clean and maintained.

The amenities of the room and the location were great. The hallway was kind of dirty and in desperate need of some wall & door cleaning (white painted walls mostly black from dirty hands, bag scuffs etc) but the unit itself was great and instructions were easy to follow for how to access the property. We did run into an issue when we went to check in or nobody was available at the office, but we did call the phone number listed and somebody was able to drive over and help us out within about 15 minutes.

This room is very very very small for two people. The pictures look spacious but at 115 SQ ft it is extremely tight for my wife and myself to move around. There are two stools but you couldn't pull them out away from the bar/table to use at all. The bathroom is very tight as well with hardly any room to brush your teeth or dry yourself off. It also showed some where and tear and could some paint touch-up.

This was the cutest little (and I mean little) studio we've ever stayed in. It was perfect for 2 of us. The location, the charm of the property, the adorable private pool area...all top notch! The house is situated on a quiet side street. We loved having laundry on site. I really enjoyed drinking my tea on the front porch in the mornings. It was the perfect way to start our Key West days. We cannot wait to come back!

Small but affordable and clean

Overall the property and room were well maintained and clean. Room and bathroom were very tight for two people. There was little room to move around or to put luggage away. Room is perfect if you just need somewhere clean to sleep, shower and change. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on spending any excess/ prolonged time in the room. Worked just fine for our 3 night stay. Check in/out was simple and easy. Property manager was prompt and responsive with questions/issues. Property was in great location, walkable to all the major areas. Pool was clean but bit too warm (96 degrees with the heater on) to be enjoyable on a hot June day. Overall I would still recommend property and consider staying again.

Great Proximity to Duval

This property was easy to check-in and out of with its contactless process. The location was fabulously close to Duval St and other attractions in that area. My best friend and I stayed for three nights and walked to most attractions. The neighborhood however was a mix bag. Some homes were well maintained while other homes on the street felt more run down and neglected. Our room was just that, very small and tight quarters. The bathroom was hard to move around in and the space to put our belongings was limited while the pictures and description made you think there ight be a little space for suitcases. We had two and two carry-ons plus a mini cooler. The room was fairly clean but the hallway walls were very dingy and dirty with people’s hand prints. Also around the door frames. Overall not a bad place to stay for a short, quick trip. The owners were extremely responsive when we reached out with questions prior to our arrival.

Close to Key West activities

We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to Duvall street and everything in the southern tip of Key West. Our room was clean. The management team was exceptional in answering our questions. Our room was upstairs I didn't realize that. I am sure it was stated but I missed it. The room was smaller than we expected, but we made it work and truly enjoyed our stay. The pool in the backyard is really nice and relaxing at the end of the day.

Fun Stay

My wife an I rented Chagall's Corner for a 3 night stay. The unit is small but perfect for hanging out in Key West. The unit is in a great building in a great neighborhood and is very close to the Southernmost beach and landmarks. A block away from the lighthouse, two blocks to Duval street and tons of great restaurants. The best breakfast in Key West is the Moon Dog Cafe, just a short walk away. The check in process was easy and the management company that handles everything is the best I have ever encountered. They picked us up from the ferry and helped us with recommendations and activities. The swimming pool is another awesome feature to this rental, very well maintained and they offer free washer & dryer use. This place is great, I will definitely stay here again when we return.

Two days not enough.

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Small but everything you need. Inside the room it was very clean. If I could say anything negative it would be, the outdoor space needs a cleaning and some paint. Staff was great!
