“Close to everything. I must warn those that don’t mind loud music from bar across the road until midnight. They have live music nightly. The door to the room has a glass that can’t be seen through however it allows all light to come through. Light from the bar and traffic all night. Extremely bright. I lucked out by bringing a sleep eye mask but my friend didn’t. Be prepared. Staff were very accommodating ”

“Room is clean and good for two people. Bathroom is clean and close to Duval Street. Parking on the street. Feel like Home.”

“The host was great. They provided rides from and back to the air port, and stopped at a store so we could grab a couple things. The room was small but very clean, it suited our needs just fine. The location is good if you don't mind to walk or you will want to plan on some type transportation. We did not use the pool, but it did look clean and maintained. ”

“Location is great. Maintenance man, David Judge was outstanding, friendly and helpful! Building is on a very busy street corner so noise IS a problem. Bring ear plugs and eye covers as cheap blinds are useless! 2 blocks from Duval Street, so close to everything. ”
