“Very bad experience. Worst reception service ever! Unpolite ladies at the front desk. I have never seen anything like this before. Ridicolous breakfast. Small and uncomfortable beds. We have not been treated as guests but as enemies from the first moment. We asked the reception lady for the nicest beach and the answer was "there is one nearby if you don't like it it's your problem" looking at her phone and not at us. Small and dirty pool. “We enjoyed our time very much. The shuttle was very convenient. Since there was no cleaning service on Sunday we would have liked extra towels on Saturday but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall enjoyed ourselves very much!”

“Hotel molto bello, tenuto molto bene. Piccolina ed essenziale la camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato per una notte ma funzionale e con un bagno abbastanza ampio e comodo. Molto buona la pulizia. Soddisfacente la colazione inclusa. Abbastanza vicino alle principali strade ed attrazioni di Key West, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale. Ci siamo trovati bene. Consigliato!”
