I really eanted to leave a good review because I wanted this place to be as awesome as it looks. It's beautiful. But if you are staying in a regular room, it sucks.
Their hospitality lacks big time. They do not clean your room or empty your trash. We were here for a week. We asked for a refresh and were rudely told they don't clean your room there. Okay but we still need towels, tp, coffee, etc. they brought us a big trash bag with those things in them and my husband forced the guy to take a couple bags of garbage.
Normally when you check into a place someone gives you the rundown on how things work. We received zero info and because we were exhausted from traveling for over 24 hours to get there we didn't think to ask. Need ice? You get to stand in line at the front desk so they can bag it up for you. Weird.
Our room had the most mini fridge you can have and no microwave. Sucked not being able to heat up leftovers.
We went to the beach most days and our floor had sand on it. Because there is no broom and dust pan in the room, it meant we had sand in our bed. That's fun.
The room is not meant for you to be comfy in. The bed is many inches from the headboard so your pillows can't be stacked to rest against it. Normally wouldn't be staying in the room but i caught a nasty cold mid trip so needed to rest.
The pool is open 24/7 so don't believe google on that. Keep your pool towels because it's unclear when they have someone out at the pool with towels and once you are out
