“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. “We had a great time at this condo! It was a very nice and clean place. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, place was nice. It was a great location. The property had a lot to offer. Multiple pools, the lagoon, a play ground for kids. Highly recommended renting the golf cart, it was a lot easier to get around the property. Plan on staying her again! ”

“This Sunset Lagoon condo was awesome! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We loved that the unit sits next to the pool and very close to an entrance to the lagoon (which was neat to swim with the fish!). The complex was peaceful and relaxed and had friendly people living/staying there. We enjoyed taking rides on the golf cart to the marina and fishing off the jetty. “Very nice and comfortable apartment. It had a lovely fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect size for four people and our dog. The salt water lagoon is wonderful and the rest of property is great too. Loved riding around with our rented golf cart. It’s our second time at the Kawana Yacht Club, first time in this unit and we were very happy with it. Ken was great and quickly answered all of my questions.”

“This property was 10/10! The condo was immaculate and even more gorgeous than we hoped. You are literally steps from the beautiful pool and there is a small beach area right outside your patio. We rented the condo with a group of moms and teens - there was something for everyone! The large living area with the pool table, big screen tv and multiple dining areas was perfect.
