“This is a great property on the heart of downtown. The only downside is that they no longer have a pool.”

“The hotel is in a great location, pool was clean, not many amenities for the kids, breakfast was good is a shame they don’t extended until 10:30 am. The room bed were clean, the rug needed some vaccum and the bathroom sink was a bit clogged. ”

“Terrible experience. First we had to change the room because of nosy neighbour having party in the room all naked with the window open. It seemed a normal attitude as we noticed several people going there to have parties. In the second room we had bed bugs and both of us have been bitten al body, ”

“I read the reviews before I booked this property and the reason some people are giving it 2/10 is because there is no front desk staff. You check in with a virtual agent on a screen instead. I could see how this would be a problem for older people or travelers who are not prepared to speak to a screen, but I found the whole process pretty easy and quick. Hotel is lovely and very close to airport and gas stations if you've rented a car. The rooms are clean and renovated and the pool was great....
