“Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. “We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very accommodating. We stayed for a dance competition and the proximity to the convention center was unbeatable. ”

“It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”
