“One of the ice machines was out of order. The sink was clogged an filled up quickly and drained slowly. Why no fan in the shower / toilet room? The ac worked well. Only one employee available the entire time we were there from the time we checked in at about 4:30pm until we departed the next morningat 9am. Key cards needed to be reformatted numerous times. “So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...
