“This is a great property! It was as exactly as described. Right on the lake - has amazing views on an expansive property. The home itself has a great layout to it & worked great for our family! The dock is amazing - this is not some flimsy, gonna get splinters kind of a dock - it's a solid, spend all day enjoying the lake kind of dock...either in the shade below or up top enjoying the sun. “This property is located close to all the major areas around Buford. We were there for a quick wedding trip and it made a nice place for family to gather.”

“Very nice stay. Convenient to center of Alpharetta restaurants and shopping. Located at the end of a quiet street. The house was well decorated and had a nice layout. Beds were very comfortable. The inside looked new and everything was clean and maintained. The owner was super accommodating! The outside of the house did not look as nice. The inside of the house is definitely nicer than the outside curb appeal. But that i would rather that than the other way around!”

“This is a very pretty home that has a slight view of a cove on Lake Lanier. Well stocked and clean. 4 very good size bedrooms. There is a ton of steps to get from the main floor to the lower balcony and then more to the game room. Then another long run to the dock. They want you to observe quiet time at 10 since it’s in an existing neighborhood with close neighbors. Didn’t remember seeing that when booking. Overall it’s great for a family get away. Not a friends weekend out. No complaints. Just...

“Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!”

“The stay was nice. Sam and Luann are great host. Though the Vrbo is under where they lice, we didn't notice them at all. Unless you see the truck in the drive way you don't know they're home. The pool and sauna are awesome. And even though we were by the lake, there were no bugs even in the yard. ”
