    Wheelhouse Studio - This delightful studio apartment enjoys awesome views of the Fly Creek Valley. This home is nestled in the picturesque countryside of Otsego County, three miles outside of Cooperstown. French doors open from the sitting area out to a partially covered deck overlooking a spacious backyard.

    This studio is an excellent choice for 2 people who enjoy the quiet of a country setting but want to be close to Cooperstown. It is under a 5 minute drive to Main Street shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes to the Dreams Park. The studio's efficient design includes a sitting area, a breakfast bar, kitchenette, sleeping area and a bathroom. All on one level, it is down a flight of stairs from the parking area to a private deck.

    The Wheelhouse Studio is a private studio apartment with a separate entrance and private deck. The main house is owner-occupied.

Great option for Dreams Park

Close to town and really easy to get in and out of Dreams Park very nice people very clean nice bed. Good shower little kitchen nice porch. Enjoyed it.

Perfect Dreams Park Stay

This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just as advertised, it was 10-12mins away so we could easily go back and forth as needed. Frank and Lucy (the owners) were lovely and just the right balance of friendly/helpful while giving you your space. Clean, convenient and picturesque. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet little studio!

The owners were so accommodating and kind! They clearly love the town and offered great recommendations. Perfect for a couple and a kid out to support their favorite little baseball player - or wanderers looking to hike and take in the views. Served us well for our week away!

Beautiful property, good view, good location

A compact but well laid out guest accommodation in a beautifully sited home outside Cooperstown. Excellent base for music, museums etc. Very small cooking facility. Hosts on site are very cordial and maintain the properly superbly.

Wonderful place to stay in the Cooperstown area

This was a great place to stay, only about 5 minutes outside of Cooperstown. It was comfortable inside and had a great view outside on the porch. The pictures gave an accurate view of the room and porch. The mattress was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Must stay here when you come to Cooperstown

This studio is perfectly appointed and perfectly located for your Cooperstown trip. I was in Cooperstown for my son’s baseball tournament, and being only 10 minutes from the facility and five minutes from downtown was awesome. The bed and furniture are very comfortable, and the kitchenette has everything you could possibly need. The hosts were fabulous as was the booking and check-in process.

Excellent Place and Close to Dreams Park

We stayed here when our son’s team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Great location! Close to a bakery, sandwich shop and pizza! Grocery store near by as well. It was an easy commute to Dreams Park and we made the drive back and forth quite a bit and it was so easy. Cute boutique next door too! The hosts were wonderful. Their place was clean, comfortable and the backyard was beautiful to just sit with a glass of wine and relax after a tense day of ball games. It had all the amenities we needed and would stay again or recommend to anyone coming into town for baseball.

Close to Cooperstown yet away from the crowds

We stayed at the Wheelhouse for the Derek Jeter Induction. We were met by Frank who had tips for the apartment and visiting the induction. It was a very pleasant setting along the back of the house with a view of the yard. Handy table and chairs on the deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Basic amenities. Good value.
