“Very pleasant and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent too as it’s a short walk from the lovely East Beach and Harbour area and also near a Co-Op for supplies. Dan was very helpful and communicative. ”

“Clean, quiet cottage with marvellous views. Kitchen large and well equipped. Beds and settees comfy. Good base for walking the coastal path. Would like to come back. Only negative was the one very small bath towel each and no individual hand towels, or dishcloth.”

“We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

“What a fabby wee place to stay. It was perfect. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. Was literally everything we were looking for. The log fired hot tub was brilliant. And it was only a short drive to Elgin for shops, restaurants etc. Lovely couple of days away, we'd highly recommend. Xxx”

“We had an amazing time at Hill Crest Cottage, our second stay here. It is extremely comfortable with a great location overlooking the sea. It is very tastefully decorated and lovely and cozy!! Can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outside space!”

“Great location - can walk to grocery store, bakeries and restaurants. Can walk to beautiful sandy beach. House was well equipped with all necessary amenities. Owners provided a nice welcome basket. They were very easy to contact and very attentive to our needs.”

“There aren't enough stars to give this property. Hands down one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few. Communication with the host is excellent, and there are amazingly detailed instructions provided at the cottage itself. The location is as tranquil as can be achieved. Out in the middle of the countryside, with sheep all around. We scrapped an entire days worth of plans on one of the days we stayed, due to how beautiful the location was. We chose to simply sit...

“4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms made it a perfect place to spread out. As a mom, i loved having a washer and dryer available. My girls loved having a small private yard to run around in. We sent one message about the TV/Netflix to the owner and never heard back, but other than that everything was wonderful.”
