Boutique Hotel Folly Room 7: Deluxe Studio with a spacious deck and marsh views

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Deluxe Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa. The large spacious deck features views of the marsh. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the second floor.

This room is 400 sqft. with a 180 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 580 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.

If you want to stay on Folly, Hotel Folly is a great choice. Walking distance to everything. Lovely balcony and comfy bed.

The place was PERFECT! It was just me for three nights. I loved the cleanliness, the sofa, the awesome bed and linens -- and the easy walking distance to everything. I may have missed the fine print related to no oven/stovetop, but I'll plan accordingly next time. If a friend had joined me for a couple of nights, 2-3 wash clothes was not enough. Thanks for a user-friendly TV! I will book again soon!

Room was beautifully updated with incredible attention to detail. Check in was a breeze, room was spotless, location was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Kudos to whoever decorated. Loved the color scheme, layout, and artwork. Couldn't have done better myself!

Was so pleased with this property and location! Car remained parked for entire trip as everything is walkable. Room was spacious, trendy, clean and the patio breeze/fan was an added bonus. We will be back!
