Questa villa in affitto per 3 camere e 3 bagni in Folly Beach è perfetta per le famiglie e piena di classe.

La piastrella solida corre in tutta la casa che è decorata con un sottile mix di immagini classiche dell'isola e toni della vita familiare. Le tre camere da letto hanno ciascuna un proprio carattere. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale che è collegato a un bagno rinnovato di recente. Una nuova doccia piastrellata condivide la stanza con una vasca idromassaggio e due lavandini. C'è anche l'accesso al ponte di fronte all'oceano che è condivisa con il soggiorno. Il ponte offre una vista disinibita del molo di pesca Folly Beach, la spiaggia e infiniti chilometri di oceano e cielo. I mobili da giardino comprendono un tavolo da patio con quattro sedie che consente di sfruttare al massimo la vista sull'oceano. Due ulteriori stile Adirondack sedie bar-altezza sono a disposizione per ospitare comodamente sei al tavolo esterno. Rilassati e goditi l'aria salmastra da una delle due sedie a sdraio. Anche condiviso con il soggiorno sono soffitto a vetrate che si aprono veramente la vista sull'oceano di tutta la casa. Un nuovo letto a castello nella seconda suite è perfetto per bambini e adulti. Il letto principale è un letto matrimoniale con un testa a castello a due letti con un estraibile singolo aggiuntivo. La camera a castello ha una doccia piastrellata rinnovata di recente. La terza suite matrimoniale ha il proprio bagno ristrutturato con combinazione doccia / vasca. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD incorporato. L'Egret Grazioso è un luogo perfetto per sperimentare Folly Beach e rilassarsi mentre lo fa in un po 'di stile. Fantastic vacation!

This complex is a bit older but in a prime location close to everything. The pier, shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The elevator is very slow so we opted for steps most of the time. Unit is comfortable and mostly updated. It is a bit cramped in the dining space due to arrangement of, amount of and size of the - furniture but living and bedroom spaces are comfortable. Deck is large and easily seats 6 or more with a great view. Unit could use a refresh of kitchen items, didn't always have what we wanted but were able to make do with what's there. You are strictly limited to 2 fobs - which you need to access the pool and beach. Coordinating this is frustrating when you have 6 adults. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

We had a short girls trip to celebrate a birthday, this location is amazingly close to everything we needed! We had beach, pool and all the food and shopping we needed for a low-key getaway! We will be back!!!

Excellent location

The property was right on the beach with great access and nearby amenities (restaurants, shops). Clean and mostly updated, this location accommodated our party of six and provided for a relaxing respite in the Charleston area.

Great location - never stayed that close to the water

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to Center Street with all of the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed anywhere that was that close to the water! We loved it and would go back today!

Great location

Great location, once we parked and unloaded the car we didn’t have to drive again. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The condo itself was pretty well stocked with kitchen equipment. Master bedroom was spacious with a decent bathroom attached. My only criticism is that there was a bit too much furniture squeezed into the rental. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again.

Good… but NOT as pictured

Let me preface by saying this was good but not impressive for the price. The VRBO photos were also not updated nor an accurate representation. We kept a list all week and this review is very unbiased. - The microwave handle is detached from the microwave. - The couches are very stained and worn, they really need to upgrade on this. - Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. - The balcony door has no lock which was concerning regarding safety and security. - The refrigerator pans were broken. - There were no sheet pans. - There were extra pillows but no pillow cases which leads for an unsanitary situation if you need extra pillows. - Dishes were put away wet in the cabinet. - We enjoyed the fam provided in the closet. Nice touch. - Breath taking views. - Responsive staff. - Looks like it was cleaned well. - Non noisy dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our time. I do not believe it is worth it for the price, even with the beach convenience. Would consider to stay again if they renovated to make the actual place accurate of the description and photos listed.

Graceful Egret is exactly how they described on the beach. When we first arrived the air didn't work, but they immediately brought fans and sent a tech to fix it. The livingroom furniture needs some cleaning. We threw blankets over the furniture. We loved the location and the choice of 2 pools.

Not worth the price

We paid a premium for this property, and it was definitely not worth it. Although the location was great, the condo was dirty, the vacuum was broken, power cord missing from the TV, no broom or dustpan, missing lightbulbs, no kitchen towels, only salt, pepper, sugar and a can of tuna was in the cupboard. No coffee filters. No kitchen towels. Furniture was filthy. Room darkening shades needed in front two bedrooms because light filter through the mounted shades all night long. Mold in the grout in all three bathrooms. Appears floors have been vacuumed but not mopped. Roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Some of the glasses and dishes put away in the cabinets were dirty and none of the cabinets nor kitchen drawers were organized. We were most disappointed with this property. Contacted property management company and they said they would bring a vacuum, TV, broom and dust pan. They brought a vacuum and TV, but no broom and dust pan. I asked for a partial refund and got no answer. Definitely NOT worth the extravagant price!

Great location

This condo was in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in, parking and overall facility was great. It was clean enough, although it could have been a little better. The only 2 complaints I have is the furniture and kitchen supplies. The furniture in the main area is too bulky for the space, although pretty, there were a lot of unnecessary decoration items around. The bigger concern with the furniture was all the glass tabletops were a bit dangerous for our kids. They often bumped heads on it and we were scared they would break items with all the glass and beach rocks around. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were no measuring cups, as well as other common items. No plastic cups, plates or bowls for kids. Again, a worry with the kids eating on the glass table. We did enjoy the place just wished it was a little more kid friendly living space!

Location and Sound of the Ocean

I'd rate it 4 1/2 stars, but no option for that. Clean unit, everything we needed. Keurig and regular coffee pot. We like the covered parking and keyfob entrance to condos so we get a parking space everytime. We walk to several nearby restaurants. I like the taller table and chairs to see over balcony railing. 2 lounge chairs take a lot of space on balcony but with 2 people we enjoyed them. Beds are comfy. We bring our own pillow. 2 walk-in showers, 3rd is bathtub/shower combo. Others had left coffee, filters, packs of condiments etc. Bring fabric softener if doing laundry. We enjoy the quietness if these units. My only drawback is window by entryway has no window covering- if anyone wanted to look in, they could. No one did. Website gives good description of this unit.

Great Location!

This condo is in the absolute perfect location! Right on the beach and such a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. It’s also right next to the pier, which we were really excited about. Unfortunately the pier is closed for construction right now. The views are beautiful. This was a great sized condo for our family of six and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo would feel even bigger if there wasn’t so much furniture in it. The only negative thing I would say is that it was pretty dirty. It looked like it was surface cleaned, but the top of the fridge was extremely dusty as well as the trim and all of the vents. It needs a really good deep clean. My husband also cut himself on the balcony the first day on a piece of glass. It could use a good sweep or even a power wash. Don’t lift the rugs- super gross underneath. Also, a pizza cutter would be a great tool to add to the kitchen utensils! Overall we had a great trip and this was a nice condo to stay in.

Folly Fall Break!

This was our first stay at the Dunes, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. This This was our first trip to Folly Beach. We had an amazing stay, and upon arrival, everything was just as we expected. We were within walking distance to area restaurants and shopping, and there was plentiful covered parking with gated entry. We appreciated the shopping carts on premises to help deliver luggage and groceries to the room, and the unit was lovely and spacious with plentiful furnishings and amenities. Can’t wait to visit again!
