"Ocean Oaks" è un classico 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni di fronte all'oceano, immerso in una varietà di querce e piante costiere, che forniscono una protezione naturale per la casa. "Ocean Oaks" si trova proprio all'inizio di Ashley Avenue dove si affaccia sull'oceano, che offre una privacy unica che molte case con vista sull'oceano non hanno. Questa casa è per quegli ospiti accomodanti che cercano di scappare senza spendere una fortuna! Questa casa classica ha alcuni comfort moderni con una sensazione di casa da spiaggia vintage!

Il piano superiore della casa è elevato. Quando entri, entri in una cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La cucina ha alcuni aggiornamenti a partire da marzo 2017, tra cui nuovi ripiani in granito, vernice fresca e apparecchi di illuminazione. Ci sono due piccole camere da letto entrambe con letti nuovi di zecca. Il piano superiore condivide un bagno ristrutturato con doccia / vasca combinata e piccola vanità.

Il portico schermato e il solarium offrono ampio spazio per il relax e il portico mentre si ascolta la brezza fresca. Al piano inferiore troverete una seconda area soggiorno, un bagno in comune e un angolo bar. Ci sono due camere da letto su questo piano terra, tra cui un'accogliente camera da letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera da letto composta da una regina e due letti singoli. Al piano di sotto contiene anche una lavanderia con lavatrice privata e asciugatrice. Puoi uscire dal piano terra e camminare fino al lungomare, attraverso le querce trasportate dal vento e direttamente sulla sabbia.

Ocean Oaks è anche pet-friendly, consentendo cani ben educati per una tassa nominale.

Wonderful 2 weeks

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in February. There was plenty of room for us all (there were 8 of us for some of the time), and our small dog. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was renovated so it is even nicer than the pictures. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had a few small maintenance issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this for a beachfront stay in Folly Beach!

location ,location, location

Beautiful sunrise and moon views. Visited Island lighthouse and Angel tree. Found a shark tooth. Took great photos and loved the garden archway to the ocean.We put our children with an infant upstairs with kitchen. Us older folks stayed downstairs but it was a lot of steps to get a cup of coffee. Do recommend establishment furnish a small microwave, coffee and refrigerator downstairs or suggest visitors to bring your own.,we had brought a coffee maker and plug in cooler so that helped a lot for downstairs. We all had a wonderful time.

Nice property that was not well maintained

This was a beautiful property and location. For the price we paid the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Property management was responsive but would like to have had it in better condition and not have to make requests and have repairs done while we were there.

The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

We loved the location of this house. The furnishings were very comfortable and the finishes are updated. The house itself was a bit run down and dirty. I’m sorry, but if I am paying hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, I expect the house to be clean when I arrive, there was A LOT of pet hair. It was almost like the floors were not done at all. I could go on but I will just say that I won’t be staying here again.

A Folly Christmas

The location of the property is terrific, very private! The porch and the deck had locks so we could keep our 3 year old grandson from leaving the house. The kitchen was very well stocked but the bathroom downstairs could use an upgrade. It is smaller than we thought and it needs a dining table inside.

We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the SC coast. This home was just as shown. A plus is the absolute privacy with private beach access. Really liked the screened porch area. Another favorite was the outdoor shower. Dunes Realty made our stay very enjoyable. They were very quick to reply to messages. Very good communication. We will definitely return.

Tucked and cozy

Nice property. Was a little bumbed the windows didn’t have screens and even if they did the windows couldn’t be opened. Beds slept well. Outdoor space was very nice and furniture was comfy. Basement area was nice but had a damp odor. We were very happy with the house at the out of season rate.
