Goditi le spettacolari viste sulla palude da questo lussuoso condominio. La fauna selvatica infonde il tuo soggiorno con serenità e relax mentre ti godi la proprietà circostante di 154 acri della Riserva di Clam Farm.
Folly Beach è poco più di un miglio di distanza; il centro storico di Charleston a soli 15 minuti in auto, il che lo rende il luogo ideale per godersi il meglio della zona.
Questo condominio di tre piani decorato in modo professionale vanta ampie sale riunioni, una cucina per chef completamente fornita, tre ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni e mezzo, un balcone meraviglioso, un ascensore privato, una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un enorme garage privato che può facilmente ospitare una barca e un'auto o due auto di grandi dimensioni. È previsto anche un ampio parcheggio esterno aggiuntivo. Ti godrai anche la bellissima piscina e il padiglione a pochi passi da questa casa.
Attendo con ansia di pesca, kayak o paddle board dal nostro molo della comunità privata. Gli scivoli in barca sono anche un servizio presso il nostro molo diurno dove è possibile collocare la propria barca alle rampe Folly o Sol Legare. Questa proprietà include anche l'accesso a tutti i parchi della contea di Charleston, incluso Folly Beach County Park durante il vostro soggiorno. Pass per il parcheggio previsti per gli ospiti al Folly Beach Pier.

Trip to Folly Beach/Charleston for our daughters wedding

We absolutely loved our stay at Palmetto Paradise!! The condo is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. My family also enjoyed the pool access, which was just steps away from our condo. The location was easily accessible to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We plan to stay here again whenever we come back to visit our daughter and son in law!

Great Property in a Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Paradise! The home was exactly as described and well-stocked, thanks to the owners’ thoughtfulness. The location made for easy drives to both the city of Charleston and Folly Beach. We especially enjoyed the use of the county park pass, which allowed us to enter the beach free of charge.The home was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We Can't Get Enough of Palmetto Paradise

Palmetto Paradise never ceases to make all of our vacation dreams come true. This was our 5th stay, and the consistency of cleanliness and comfort in this property are what keep us coming back. Connie and John are the most incredible hosts and have truly thought of everything to make your stay worry free. The property is beautiful. The marsh views are just breathtaking. The location can't be beat! Downtown Charleston is a short 15 minute drive away, and the beach is just over the bridge. We are SO sad every time we have to leave, and have made the BEST memories thanks to Connie and John's amazing hospitality!

Paradise

We were fortunate to spend 2 wonderful weeks in Paradise! The location was perfect, it was close to the beach and restaurants but out of the traffic! It was definitely perfect for our Easter holiday. So much space!! Loved sitting out on the deck in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!! This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The garage was awesome. One day it rained so we played soccer with our grandson in the garage! The master bedroom was so comfortable. The beach chairs came in handy and the county pass was so convenient!! Everything was so well thought out, including the box of chocolates they left for us. The cutest was the black make up towels!!! What wonderful southern hospitality!! We would love to come back again!!! Thank you for 2 great weeks!!!

Just right

Spent a week outside of Folly beach and the place was perfect for us. Short drive to the beach great views. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean comfortable and had a pool for the kids. Thank you for providing a great place to stay for my family.

Fun Family Time

Beautiful home. My family had a wonderful time. Quiet neighborhood and everything you could need in the house. The pool was fantastic, close to beach and Charleston. The Godiva chocolates and the wine trade was an added bonus.

A Welcome Break

We really appreciate John and Connie opening their home to our family. The home was fantastic. We really appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities, including the welcome chocolates :-). This year was a bit tough for us, so the opportunity to just rest, relax and enjoy the lowcountry was a welcome retreat for all of us. The home is wonderful and the attention to detail is evident. We hope to return next year :-)

Six weeks in paradise.

Owners welcoming and attentive without being at all intrusive. Some family visited briefly during our stay. It was so much fun to share with them this magnificent property and the Folly Beach/Charleston Low Country area we’re so fond of. I’m on oxygen when moving around, making the elevator a real plus. Highly recommend this property.

Our 4th Stay Here in Two Years Time--It's That Great!

We absolutely LOVE Palmetto Paradise! It's location is ideal, as you are close to the beach and downtown Charleston as well. You couldn't ask for a better spot when it comes to hopping around Charleston's neighborhoods. In addition, Connie and John are wonderful hosts who have thought of absolutely everything to make sure you want for nothing during your stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and is always sparkling clean. The furniture is SO comfortable. There's nothing worse than a vacation home with uncomfortable beds or living room furniture that makes it impossible to relax. This condo really feels like home! We've stayed in so many different vacation homes, and this is the only one we keep returning to because it really is just fantastic. Thank you, Connie and John, for sharing your beautiful home with us yet again. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Loved it!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Connie and John's place this past week. Everything about it was fantastic! The unit was exactly as described, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with any kitchen utensils you would need. The supplied linens, beach towels and beach accessories, and all of the necessities were very nice and clean. When you stay here, you are only 5 minutes away from Folly Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. It is located in an area that is very quiet and peaceful for your time at the unit. An added and unexpected benefit was of the hosts supplying an access pass to Folly Beach - this includes free parking at the beach and access to restrooms and changing rooms. Both John and Connie were easy to communicate with, and always quickly replied to any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this unit.

This townhome is beautiful. The location is great, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. All the amenities were so appreciated. The pool is very nice. Most of the time we had it to ourselves. The owner contacted us the second night and sent us a list of suggested places in Charleston since it was our first time there. We had a great time.

Truly Palmetto Paradise!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Palmetto Paradise! The location was perfectly situated between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. We were near lots of wonderful restaurants and blocks away from the grocery store. The property owners were so very kind, and the property was exceptional!

It was the best stocked house I have ever rented. The location was great. The house was beautiful and the neighbors were nice. It was a quite area with a beautiful view. The hosts were in contact often to check in and let us know about area warnings. They were amazing! We will be back!

Beautiful property, great property managers.

The property was gorgeous and in a great location. It is just about a mile from Folly Beach and about 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Connie and John are amazing property managers. They are so helpful and willing to share information about Charleston and the beach areas. The townhouse was so beautiful and beautifully decorated. It was very neat and clean. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful with great views of Carolina marsh lands. The deck was roomy with nice furniture for lounging and also had a nice grill. We were pleasantly surprised the townhouse seems roomier in person than it does in pictures. The pool was very nice and had an adjacent outside sitting area with picnic tables and restrooms. There is also a nice garage to park up to two cars in. The master bedroom and bathroom are very roomy and spacious. The elevator came in handy for loading and unloading luggage. It was are first time to the Charleston area and we absolutely adored the city. We found so many things to do and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back snd we would love to stay at this location again.
