“The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.”

“I liked the room. It was cleverly laid out and there was a place to put most things while traveling. The air conditioning worked great too. The property was clean and in a good location too.
The breakfast was okay. It was a simple continental breakfast. It was included which was very nice. I only stayed one night and had breakfast on a Saturday. Maybe it changes day to day, I don’t know. “This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family.
I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor.
If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you”

“The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best.”

“We stayed for 4 nights in a very nice executive level room in the deluxe accommodations of the Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic. We enjoyed the executive level perks and breakfast. Check-in was welcoming and smooth; breakfast staff were great. As experienced travelers, we appreciated that.
There were some things that left us leaving with a level of frustration and thus our overall rating.
On our last full day our room was neither refreshed nor the trash emptied. We were out for the full day...
