“They are gradually updating the old girl and it looks great. The employees are lovely, wonderful customer service.
The rooms are very clean, although they could use new pillows.
The windows are VERY drafty on some floors, it's loud like an old horror movie. The elevator is also a little suspicious. It would be really nice if the diner was open for dinner. They make great breakfasts. There are pizza places and such nearby, though. That said, I plan to book again. ”

“Room wasn't particularly clean, had to make the sofa bed ourselves and had to go ask for sheets for it. Floors weren't particularly clean. TVs turned on randomly and interacting with any remote had all three TVs respond; had to unplug them.”

“I have stayed in this hotel 4 times. It’s the best choice if you wanna explore Duluth and the north shore. It’s a good price, clean, great breakfast and wonderful sauna and pool. Also the beds are sooo comfortable! Recommend staying here 10/10 ”
