Check into . He demanded we stop at the hotel when we arrived into town , come to the front desk and in person ask for an early check in ! We had been driving for six hours coming to see a dying friend with my 80-year-old mother who needed a break and to rest a bit, but instead, the idiot continue to argue with me about an early check-in! I’ve worked at hotels for 10 years of my life. I know how all this works. It would’ve been very simple for him to assign us a room and let us have an early check-in but instead he decided to do this.! I will never stay at one of your hotels again ever!!! I can’t believe that one of your front desk people pulled this on us!! there’s nothing going on in town. It was a Monday and it was cold in the middle of winter in superior there there’s absolutely no reason we were not given an early check-in other than he didn’t want to do his job and he was too freaking lazy to do it!!!
