Another golf attraction you may be interested in is at the onsite championship Abbey Springs golf course, where you can play an unforgettable round among the lush, forested scenery and breathtaking views. You will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences. You won’t have to worry about who can care for your fur baby while you’re away, as they’re invited to come along as well!

The home’s interior is classically designed with nautical-inspired touches throughout. The soothing neutral tones will put you immediately at ease, making you feel right at home among the comfortable furnishings. Relax your mind and your feet in the cozy living room where a plush sofa and loveseat invite you to lie back and stream all of your favorites on the large, mounted smart TV. Keep the conversation flowing even as you travel into the nearby fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, and ample cabinet space stocked with cookware and dining ware to suit whatever culinary endeavors you have in mind. You’ll have your choice of dining venues whether you have a seat at the high-top café table with chairs for 2 or pull up to the spacious kitchen counter on the cushy stools with seating for 4. When you’re ready to spend more time outdoors, the shaded lower-level patio offers all-weather sofa seating, the perfect place to take a good book. A table and chairs for 2 sets the scene for your morning coffee, enjoying a peaceful moment before the excitement of the day begins.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, smart TV, and deck access.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
