“El check-in parecia estar bien hasta que nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas y con una limitada ventilación con un ventilador de pared. Se sentía muy encerrado, además tiene una gotera al parecer en el techo que hizo que tuvieranos que cambiar a una habitación más grande como para 6 personas pero con un costo adicional en efectivo de casi 300 CAD y sin darnos algún recibo. El lugar es muy limpio, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien y la atención es buena solo ojalá no ofrecieran esa habitación...

“I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. “La chambre est corecte mais assez petite. Elle est egalement assez cher pour la prestation. Par contre nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prestation de Lucas lors de la visite de l'haciada Cofé. C'était super!”

“Ofrecen parqueadero y solo pagan pagan algunas horas, no hay servicio de desayuno, el hotel esta en una ubicación central pero demasiado ruidosa no se puede descansar, las habitación para tres personas quedan en un sitio del hotel que son absolutamente cerradas no tiene ingreso de aire pro ningun lado”

“I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated...

“Room did not look as portrayed in the photos on the website. Bed felt as if it was the original bed of the 1930s. No minimun room amenities at all, beside toilet paper.”
