“As others have reported they allow you to book a room then when you try to enter you are told they have swapped you to another location. I rejected the alternative property as it was too far away . They then refused to refund me. I spent hours trying to get my money back and trying to find another room ( it was night time and I was alone with my luggage). Do not book with these people!”

“Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. “Right at the foot of mount vesuvius, with views of the sea as well. This was nothing but a room for us for the night, so our expectations weren’t high anyhow. Room was clean, well maintained and easily big enough for a family of four. Our only issue was that my Italian is limited and the lady on reception, her English was nonexistent, once we connected to the WiFi and got the translation app going we were good. “There were 4 floors to climb, with narrow halls and a suspect entrance to the building. While the room was great, simple, small and clean, the outside of the building had us questioning the accommodation. ”

“B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close.
