Man sollte wissen, das es schwierig ist in dem Gebäude einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.”

“Negative: - would be nice if parking is available onsite. - bathroom need upgrades 1) tile ceiling is outdated. There are some gaps and holes. - gaps on AC exhausts to the wall attachment - street noise is too much sometimes but this can be fix with dual pane Window. Just suggestion. - no ramp for luggage Positive: - location is good - food around the area are good ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean with an amazing view. The AC worked well. There are cooking utensils & plates, cups, etc. so we were able to eat in a few times. Just know that finding parking is challenging, but the area is walkable & near several bus stops. Thank you for the great stay!”

“The condo was in a great location- easy to find, easy to get to the beach. Listing is accurate. Parking pass was very helpful/useful. Front desk staff were friendly. The mini mart on floor 1 has basics like Dramamine, hats and some food/drinks. ”

“This condo was an absolute perfect choice for my husband and I on our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but were pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishware!The VIEW, was everything. Especially at night. “They did not lie about the views. Absolutely epic! Diamond head when you leave and the beach when you arrive home. Amazing sunsets and views of the Friday night fireworks. Watch catamarans shuffle tourists around. Or hang out on your lanai and watch for the local wild parrots. Comfy, clean and with a bidet. Loved it!”

“It was exactly as listed, very beautiful and the view was amazing. We were worried about the elevators since we read they were renovating one at a time, but we had no issues and they were quick. An umbrella for the beach would be nice to have. ”
