“Perfect for our group, 2 Grandies, 4 parents and 4 kids(6 -10 y/o). Sleeping/bathing spaces for each family group, lounge/relaxation spaces for each age group or whole group together. And the kids lived in the heated pool when the weather was unkind. Short adventure-walk to the excellent beach. Thankyou Heather.”

“The family of 10 was very comfortable in the property with lots of space and the right combination of beds and bathrooms . The pool was amazing and outdoor area was perfect . The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances we needed. Also , lots of fridge and freezer space and the washer and dryer were fantastic. Air conditioning worked really well and we highly recommend this property . We had cars and so the fact that we weren’t right in town or on the beach wasn’t a problem ....

“We had a fabulous week and the house was perfect for a family group. Living areas were spacious and bathrooms good size. The pool was huge and it was helpful to have pool toys. Kitchen had everything you needed except for a sharp knife! Thoroughly recommend staying as it was clean, fresh and only a few minutes walk to 4 Mile Beach.”

The location was perfect for our extended family of 10. We could walk to the beach and a few of the local hotel eateries and with just a short drive into town. “Watermark Villa no 1 exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern spacious, quiet and felt quite new with everything you need in a home away from home, holiday stay. Modern furniture with an excellent entertainment/living space downstairs and the bi fold wooden doors opening up to the plunge pool, bbq and outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing.
