“We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else. Room was clean and staff was friendly nice place for overnight stay, but for long term stay not enough amenities for my liking. No...

“It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful”

“The bed was comfortable. The sink was fine. The blow dryer was broken. The carpet was filthy. The bathtub Spicket was leaking. The showerhead was very old and not operating properly. Said it was pet friendly and free when I booked it and they charged me $35 for the dog. Also, when it picked the room, they showed the room with a Jacuzzi tub and they did not have a room with a Jacuzzi tub there. So it’s pretty disappointing.”

“The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

“No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...
