“El personal fue muy amable. Fuimos a este hotel por la cercanía al Raymond James Stadium. Cuandonregresamos del concierto, nos regalaron botellas de agua, muy amablemente. El desayuno es sencillo pero delicioso, salchichas, huevo, waffles, pero todo espectacular. El café , delicioso. La localizacion, increíble. Me sorprende que a pesar de la cercanía con el aeropuerto no hubo ruido”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast and they kept it stocked and clean. Would have been a nice bonus to have a shuttle option. Some of the areas were dated and worn. I can’t say enough positive about all the staff we interacted with. I would return but hope there are some property upgrades in the meantime.”

The experience was generally positive, but there was a significant issue that impacted our stay. The elevators were not working, which created a major challenge since I was traveling with my disabled son. Unfortunately, a room change was not accommodated despite the circumstances, and we had to rely on the stairs throughout our stay.

“We checked in very late and did not use any of the amenities. The floor in the room was updated to vinyl planks and the beds were comfy. Floor did not appear to have been swept/vacuumed.
