“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“So to start off the lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Didn’t say much she ask for my id and card didn’t tell me how much the deposit was going to be so I had to ask. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast hours were. She never smiled. So check in needs some work. Second thing was the back outside door that you were supposed to have a key to open was broken.
