“This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. The only complaint I have is that the key cards kept erasing so I had to go have it reprogrammed 4-5 times in the 2 days I was...

“Check in was easy with pleasant staff. A new coat of paint would go a long way to spruce up the place. It was nice and quiet area”

“Need to be cleaned, stair carpet were very dirty, not vacuumed , stained, worn.. entrance from parking lot was never locked, cardkey reader was missing. Breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, could cereal, pop tarts. No milk. No hot food.”

“The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!”

“The first room that they provided was never cleaned. Bed looked like it was just slept in, towels on the couch and cups on the table. Second room the toilet wasn’t working, they sent someone up to fix it. Came back later that night to find the fridge overheating, they brought one up that didn’t but at least it worked. Then I go to take a shower before going to bed and guess what no water which they didn’t bother to mention that since they were under renovation that water was shut off from night...
