Hotel a Forest Park

“Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”

“This place is great!!! We have stayed twice over the past few months!! The only thing I would suggest is for the pillows to be bigger. Love the feel of the pillows they have!!!”

“I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! ”

“Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. Our server, Tennessee, was the sweetest most pleasant person we’ve ever met. She made our mornings very enjoyable. And Aaron, another staff member, seemed to always be there, and we observed him helping all of his coworkers. He couldn’t do enough for guests either. There were snacks near the front desk all the time, a beautiful fountain with comfortable seating around it for relaxing or getting some work done undisturbed. Everything was very clean and...

“The place wasn’t that bad we were just on the bottom floor and it was extremely noisy, we didn’t sleep well due to the noise. ”

“Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!”

“Please add a quarter vending machine in the room it self. Making a guest who’s in the 3rd floor go down to the help desk for quarters is not convenient ”

“Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.”
