“I enjoyed this hotel very much, except that the fact that I had to walk all the way to the casino to get a coffee in the morning no coffee was offered in the hotel lobby. It seemed not very friendly and welcoming to me. Coffee is something everyone loves in the morning. You need a coffee station.”

“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”

“Stayed here this past weekend while in Ohio for a basketball tournament. Our stay was great! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful! Beds were soft and the sleep was great! Rooms were clean! Laundry room was very clean! Top two dryers didn’t properly work but I was refunded my money. Breakfast was very good! Pool area was clean and relaxing! Nice fire pits outside to enjoy! Every room was full so there were people everywhere but it never seemed to be loud or crowded!!! Will...

“Unfortunately, the roadwork was a little bit of a hassle. Not many cars in parking lot-so no problem. Sheets didn't fit the mattresses. Toilet bowl should be cleaned better. Bathroom faucet loose Breakfast fine.”

“We didn’t feel safe or clean so we left and got another hotel room. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel smelled so bad of weed and cigarettes, we couldn’t stay.”
