“Room had no working tv and would not lower room cost, no smoke detector ripped from ceiling, room dirty”

“The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”

“A little slice of heaven in the mountains. I haven’t stayed during ski season but this lodge is part of the Sierra Club. I stayed towards end of spring/early summer and found this to be a beautiful lodge with every amenity a weekend camper or van lifer would need. They have clean bathrooms, a beautiful main room to hangout in, a kitchen room with fridge and microwave (I believe the original kitchen is no longer available unless they have events or food plans running for ski season). “We had a wonderful stay at Yuba River Inn. The location was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth, which made arriving and settling in stress-free. The inn had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and we appreciated the comfort and charm of the accommodations. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with so much to explore and plenty of activities and things to do nearby for nature lovers...

“It’s pretty much certified as a drug den, people everywhere on something. Upon checking in, the two ladies were so rude to me. The second I turned around to leave there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot trying to deal with some addicts freaking out. I got in my car immediately. I slept in my car because that was just way too much OH AND THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES”

“Truly a hidden gem the Sierra’s. Based on the location, it could’ve been hit or miss, boy was it a hit. Dripping with historical charm, insanely friendly hotel staff, immaculate rooms, and a wonderful back patio to enjoy the great beer selection, and amazing food. Would 100% recommend this place to anybody.”

“Room, kitchen, bathroom, family room was clean. Only issue was the sink and shower faucet was very stiff and hard to adjust. Quiet and the balcony was wonderful. Convenient location.”
