“This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!”

“Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”

“Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön. Es ist grün, ruhig und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles um gut kochen zu können. Einfach prima!”

“La casa di Marlene è molto bella, ampia, accogliente e super accessoriata, ci si potrebbe restare anche un mese! Si affaccia su un giardino interno molto verde e suggestivo, con tavolino e sedie dove abbiamo colazione la mattina, bellissimo risveglio mattutino! Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro storico di Friburgo. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente in un parcheggio interno privato che ci hanno gentilmente fornito i padroni di casa. Marlene e la sua famiglia sono persone...

Die Familie Savidis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen und auf diese tolle Wohnung zurückgreifen. "Average hotel. Pictures shown here and on Google do not reflect the real conditions of the room. The cleanliness of the room is mediocre. They do need a renovation. I paid for garden view, I avoid to post here what was the real view, just check on street view. Two positives: staff is very friendly and breakfast is good. "

Ottima sistemazione per Europa Park!

"Ho passato due notti c9n marito e due figli durante la nostra visita a Europa Park e Rulantica. Il parco è raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel è di una pulizia impeccabile. Le stanze sono moderne e la nostra camera familiale disponeva di mezzanina con letto singolo, molto apprezzato dell'adolescente! Il bagno anche moderno e pulitissimo con doccia molto spaziosa. Manca un po' di spazio per gli effetti personali ma per pochi giorni va benissimo. Personsle molto gentile, ci hanno offerto il patcheggio a Rulantica il giorno della partenza."

"Viaggio di coppia, due notti. Buona colazione, per tutti i gusti. Personale gentile ed educato. Camera pulita e soprattutto silenziosa. A pochi km da Friburgo, velocemente raggiungibile. La sera siamo andati a mangiare in un ristorante italiano a pochi km dall'hotel e ci siamo trovati bene. Insomma, dovessimo tornare da quelle parti lo prenderemo di nuovo in considerazione."

"Hotel bello e centrale. Parcheggio a pagamento vicino. Pulizia sommariamente buona ma poiché era entrato un insetto e si era nascosto sotto il letto, abbiamo spostato leggermente il letto per farlo uscire e sotto il letto era sporchissimo. Mancanza di aria condizionata. Colazione troppo cara."
